Listing is for:
1x Replacement diaphragm
Replacement diaphragm for the Nuke Performance FPR100-series fuel pressure regulators.
The diaphragm for the Nuke Performance FPR100s, FPR100m, and FPR100x is recommended to be replaced every second year when running alcoholic fuels to maintain perfect function and performance. It is not always obvious when the diaphragm needs to be replaced, as the deviation mostly can be found when checking pressure logs from the ECU, that is why we recommend servicing the pressure regulator every second year with a new diaphragm to make sure that it works as intended.
The spare diaphragm suits the following part numbers:
FPR100s AN-6 Part # : 300-02-201
FPR100m AN-8 Part # : 300-02-203
FPR100x AN-10 Part # : 300-02-202
How to replace the diaphragm of a FPR100-series regulator?
To replace the internal diaphragm of a Nuke Performance pressure regulator you just follow a few simple steps.
1. Loosen the pressure set bolt on top
2. Unscrew the 4 bolts that holds the top and bottom together
3. Remove the old diaphragm
4. Make sure all surfaces is clean on both the top and bottom body
5. Mount the new diaphragm and assemble the regulator back together
The diaphragm has a longer lifespan when running petrol/gasoline, but make sure to inspect your diaphragm, fuel pressure log, and performance every year to make sure that your fuel pressure regulator works as intended.
Quantity : 1pc
