* The tube can be divided into three shorter sections for use as either low or high mounting points, with a recommended length of 64mm (2.52") for each section.
We recommend that each air jack be supported by both top and bottom mounting points or by a tube bracket secured at both low and high mounting points. Ensure that the mounting points are installed securely and adequately.

Refunds and Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the invoice date if the product isn't suitable for your application. The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different product, we're happy to help. Contact us at sales@scarles.co.nz before sending anything back.
Refunds
If an exchange isn't required, a refund may be issued subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original and return freight costs are at the customer's expense and cannot be refunded.
Any product returned damaged or not in saleable condition will be assessed and an appropriate damage fee may apply.
This policy excludes drop-shipped, clearance, sale, and special order products.
Faulty Products
Any fault must be reported to us immediately at sales@scarles.co.nz before any action is taken. We'll assess the best course of action, which may include returning the product for inspection by us or the original manufacturer.
If the product is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be offered. We do not cover additional fitment costs, certification costs, extra parts, freight, or any loss of time, wages, or business.
