This Setup Spring is to be used with the discontinued first-generation Nuke Performance 50mm Blow Off Valve, the BOV50.

To get the effect you want from your new Blow Off Valve, use the correct setup for your current engine specification. Make sure that you do have the first generation blow off valve (Part #900-01-101 and 900-01-201), the BOV50, as the new generation BOV50c uses other springs.

We have three different springs to choose from, all designed for perfect fitment and performance in combination with our 50 mm Blow Off Valve. Check the chart below to get to know which spring setup you should go with.

Vaccum reading between:
-0,50 to -0,75 bar / 7,25 - 10,9 psi  : BLACK SPRING
-0,35 to -0,50 bar / 5,07 - 7,25 psi : BLUE SPRING
-0,00 to -0,35 bar / 0,00 - 5,07 psi : WHITE SPRING

Measure the engine vacuum at idle and with the engine at operating temperature.

 For the new generation Blow Off Valve from Nuke Performance, the BOV50c that was launched in 2024, other springs are available and these springs can not be used (available here).
