The Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells are suitable for carburetor-based fuel systems and with the integrated CFC Unit from Nuke Performance. They eliminate the need for an external surge tank which would otherwise be needed when running a fuel cell, making it a perfect alternative for fuel-injected systems. The AluCells are made of the highest quality aluminum for use with all types of fuels and are approved for petrol, methanol, and ethanol.

Aluminum lightweight 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 liter fuel cell with integrated brackets
To enable the highest possible quality, the AluCells are made out of two pieces of aluminum and are automatically welded by a 5-axis welding robot. Each one is individually pressure tested before surface treatment to ensure maximal functionality and CE marking requirements specifications. With the use of high corrosion resistance aluminum (5083 H111), it does not need any internal anodizing or powder coating that gets affected by alcoholic fuels such as ethanol. This prevents damage to your injectors and filters when the coating dissolves. Some color shading can occur on the inside of the fuel cell over time, especially when in use with alcoholic fuels, but this does not infect its functionality. Choose between the 20-liter (5.28 gallons), 40-liter (10.56 gallons), 60-liter (15.85 gallons), and 80-liter (21.13 gallons) versions.
