100 Series Exhaust Systems
Toyota Landcruiser FZJ105 4.5L 1FZ Petrol Wagon
$1,212.78 – $3,339.44
Complete Manta Performance Exhaust system, available as a “engine pipe-back” system, replacing the last two pieces of the standard exhaust system, or as a full system, including a set of extractors.
System Type: Extractors Back, Full System, with extractors
Noise Level: Medium, Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 2.5in Single
Product Description
The Manta exhaust for the FZJ105 Landcruiser wagon is a big improvement on the factory version. Consisting of a set of high-flow extractors, together with an “extractors back” 2.5″ mandrel bent exhaust system, the full kit helps the engine breathe a lot better. The result is that it revs freer, develops more power, and has more torque low down in the rev range. The 2.5″ pipe size is the perfect size for the 4.5L 1FZ motor, as using any larger pipe size usually results in a loss of low-down torque.
If you’re just looking for a better engine note, the “extractors back” portion of the exhaust can also be bolted up to the standard exhaust system, at the joint just after the driver’s door (leaving the standard manifold and engine pipe in place). The whole Manta kit is easy to fit, using all the same mounts as the factory system, and is thus a long lasting, high performing alternative to the restrictive factory exhaust system. Available in stainless steel, with a 10 year warranty, there is every chance the Manta exhaust system will last the life of your Landcruiser!
Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.

Toyota Landcruiser HDJ100 4.2L 1HD Turbo Diesel Wagon
$1,946.11 – $3,156.11
Complete Manta “turbo back” exhaust system – available in 3″ fully mandrel bent aluminised or stainless steel tubing.
System Type: Full System
Noise Level: Medium, Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 3in Single
Product Description
The HDJ100 Landcruiser wagon, powered by the 1HD-FTE intercooled 4.2L turbo diesel, can easily be enhanced through the fitment of a high-flow Manta 3″ mandrel bent exhaust system. In fact, it’s probably the best performance modification you can do to this vehicle.
The restrictive nature of the standard exhaust system, which runs as small as 2” piping, effectively chokes the motor. By replacing the standard exhaust with a 3” mandrel bent pipe there are numerous benefits realised; including improved low-down torque and responsiveness, reduced turbo lag, reduced fuel consumption, and improved peak power.
Whether you’re towing a caravan, off-roading, or driving cross-country, the extra power from a Manta 3” exhaust is something you can’t do without. With 2 configurations available, you can either keep the noise level close to stock, or get a little bit of a note emanating from the 3” rear pipe.
For an exhaust system that will last forever, you can get it in stainless steel – carrying a 10 year warranty, or we also have it in aluminised steel, with a 2 year warranty.
The entire system is designed for easy fitment, following the same path as the standard exhaust system, and using all the same mounting points.

Toyota Landcruiser UZJ100 4.7L V8 Petrol Wagon
$1,903.33 – $5,123.89
Complete Manta Performance Exhaust system, available as a “cat-back” system, replacing the last two pieces of the standard exhaust system, or as a full system, including a set of extractors.
System Type: Cat Back, Full System
Noise Level: Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 3in Single
Product Description
The petrol V8 engine in the UZJ100 Series Landcruiser wagon is shackled by the factory exhaust system, which masks the beautiful V8 note of the motor. The standard manifolds are horribly small and restrictive, and one glance could tell you that there are significant gains to be had by installing some high-flow extractors, catalytic converters, and a cat-back exhaust system.
If you are supercharging your Landcruiser, as many UZJ100 owners have done, an upgraded exhaust system is a must if you are to obtain the maximum performance increases.
On a stock vehicle, doing the full exhaust system will lead to approximately a 10% gain in power and torque, and an average reduction in fuel consumption of 1 – 2L/100km. Not to mention, the exhaust note will have a great V8 sound, while in-cab drone is minimised by the dual muffler design of the cat-back exhaust.
Our cat-back exhaust system is also designed to bolt to the standard catalytic converters, so you can get the great sounding V8 note without having to upgrade your headers and cats. Of course, many people do the cat-back upgrade first, and then later on upgrade the headers and cats – the complete kit doesn’t have to be installed all at one time.
Like all Manta exhaust systems, the UZJ100 system is available in stainless steel for maximum longevity in all conditions.

Product Description
A common improvement to the HZJ105 Toyota Landcruiser wagon, is the fitment of an aftermarket turbo to improve the power and torque of the 1HZ diesel motor. When fitted correctly, the addition of an aftermarket turbo can improve power and torque by up to 30%, whilst not compromising the longevity of the engine. Of course, when fitting a turbo it is a perfect time to upgrade your exhaust system to ensure the best possible performance increase.
There are a number of manufacturers of turbo kits for the Landcruiser on the market today, including Safari, DTS, and Gturbo. Manta has a kit for them all! Our exhaust runs in glorious mandrel bent full 3”, right from the turbo face to the tail. We’ve found 3” offers the best possible power, with the lowest turbo lag. Additionally, a 3” exhaust system will reduce peak exhaust gas temperatures by up to 50 degrees, which is important for the longevity of your turbo system and engine. A number of different configurations are available for the 105 Series, so whether you’re chasing a truck-like sound, with plenty of turbo whistle, or you want the exhaust note to be as quiet as possible, we’re sure to have a solution.
