Noise Level: Loud, Medium, Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 3in Single

Product Description

A popular upgrade for the D23 NP300 2.3L turbo diesel Navara is the fitment of the 3″ Manta exhaust system. Our exhaust can replace the restrictive factory exhaust system right up to the Turbo face, and we also have the option to go from the DPF back.

As the factory DPF absorbs a lot of noise, our DPF back system is pipe only to give you maximum sound with minimum restrictions. Replacing your standard exhaust with the full Manta 3” version has a number of positive effects including reduced turbo lag, improved responsiveness, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, increased power and torque, and reduced fuel consumption.

If you are going turbo back (intended for race and offroad use) we have 3 different sound levels – quiet (close to factory, with a high flow muffler), medium (louder noise level, with a hotdog resonator to take the edge off the note), and loud (pipe only). If you are looking for a system with no in cabin drone, we recommend the quiet option.

Maximise your fuel economy and performance on your Navara today with the Manta performance exhaust system!

Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.

Product Description

A popular upgrade for the D40 YD25 2.5L turbo diesel Navara is the fitment of a full 3″ Manta exhaust system. Our exhaust replaces the entire factory exhaust system, including the dump pipe, running from the turbo face right through to the tail section. A number of different combinations are available, producing different noise levels, from the quiet system with two mufflers, through to our loudest version with no mufflers at all!

Replacing your standard exhaust with the full Manta 3” version has a number of positive effects including reduced turbo lag, improved responsiveness, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, increased power and torque, and reduced fuel consumption. The biggest benefits are seen when the exhaust is combined with the Sting Power Module, which gives large increases in power and torque, whilst further reducing fuel consumption (when compared with the exhaust only).

Following the same path as the factory system, and using all of the factory mounts, the Manta exhaust system is designed to be as easy as possible to fit, and is not a conspicuous addition to your car.

Maximise your fuel economy and performance or your Navara today with the Manta full exhaust system and Sting Power Module!

Nissan Navara D40 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel Automatic 2011 Onwards

$2,520.56 – $3,645.00

Complete “turbo back” Manta exhaust system – available in 3″ fully mandrel bent aluminised or stainless steel tubing.

System Type: Full System
Noise Level: Medium, Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 3in With Cat

Product Description

The V9X V6 3.0L turbo diesel motor found in the D40 Navara is an impressive unit, producing class-leading torque of 550nm. Fitting the 3″ Manta exhaust can take what’s already a good vehicle, to the next level. Our exhaust replaces the entire factory exhaust system, right from the turbo face, in mandrel bent 3″ pipework. The system incorporates a high-flow diesel catalytic converter, and a range of different muffler combinations to ensure you get the right noise level.

In its quietest form, the system has two mufflers, one in each of the last two sections. This keeps the overall noise levels close to stock. There is then the option to change the configuration, including having just a one-muffler system, having just a hotdog, or no muffler at all. This results in a progressively louder exhaust note, such that there is a system to suit every taste. The V6 diesel exhaust note sounds fantastic when unmuffled – a very deep, throaty roar.

Replacing the standard exhaust with the Manta 3” version has a number of benefits, including less turbo lag, greater peak power, more responsiveness, and a reduction in fuel consumption of 1 – 2L/100km for highway driving. Combined with a Sting ECU tune, the Manta exhaust is a great way to safely upgrade the performance of your D40 V6 Navara.

Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.
