Territory Exhaust Systems
Ford Territory SX, SY 4.0L Turbo 6 Cylinder Petrol
$2,948.33 – $5,398.89
Complete Manta exhaust system, available as a “cat-back”, replacing the standard exhaust system after the catalytic converter, or as a “turbo back” system.
System Type: Cat Back, Full System
Noise Level: Quiet
Materials: Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 2.5in Dual
Product Description
The Territory Turbo has tremendous potential, which can quickly be unleashed with the fitment of the Manta Performance Exhaust System.
The full turbo back system replaces the entire standard exhaust system, freeing up the turbo and reducing lag, whilst improving top-end performance and reducing fuel consumption due to its higher flowing design that allows the engine to operate more efficiently.
The exhaust note is much improved, allowing the whistle of the turbo to be heard. The two high-flow mufflers used ensure minimal in-cab drone, yet still maintain maximum flow and performance. The cat-back system is also available, which bolts on behind the standard dump pipe and catalytic converter.
The cat-back still gives a moderate increase in performance, while improving the sound of the vehicle, allowing that 6-turbo exhaust note to really be heard. The in-cab drone is minimised by the twin muffler setup.
Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.

Product Description
Ford’s first diesel Territory, the SZ model, has under its hood the 2.7L V6 turbo diesel engine from the Land Rover Discovery. Producing 140kw and 440nm, this motor propels the Territory towards 100km/h in a not-so-fast 10.7 seconds.
A major complaint from Territory drivers is that they have a lot of lag. This is where the Manta exhaust system comes in. The turbo back 3″ Manta system replaces the entire factory exhaust system with a free-flowing mandrel bent setup that maximises the flow of the exhaust gases. This allows the turbo to spool faster, and operate cooler, leading to decreased lag, improved 0-100 times, more peak power, and increased torque down low.
Towing, overtaking, and take-offs from standstill are all made easier by the fitment of the Manta 3″ exhaust.
Fuel economy is generally improved, as the engine is able to operate at a higher level of efficiency. The exhaust also releases the fantastic deep exhaust note of the V6 – something that is completely hidden by the factory exhaust system. Of course, the two high-flow mufflers in the system ensure there is no drone inside the cabin at any point throughout the rev range.
Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.
Ford Territory SX, SY 4.0L Non-Turbo Petrol
$1,481.67 – $4,262.22
Complete Manta exhaust system, available as a “cat-back”, replacing the standard exhaust system after the catalytic converter, or as a full system.
System Type: Cat Back, Full System
Noise Level: Quiet
Materials: Aluminised Steel, Stainless Steel
Pipe Size: 2.5in Single
Product Description
The naturally aspirated Territory, with the 4.0L inline 6 cylinder petrol motor can easily be improved with the fitment of a full Manta exhaust system.
The complete Manta setup incorporates a performance extractor, a high flow catalytic converter, and a straight through performance cat-back exhaust section, replacing the entire factory exhaust system.
Of course, the cat-back system is available separately, bolting to the original catalytic converter assembly, and leaving the front half of the original exhaust system unchanged.
The full system yields the best results, giving 10 – 15% power gains, while also unleashing a throaty exhaust note. The cat back also leads to around an 8kw power increase, while similarly improving the sound of the Territory.
Two straight-through mufflers in the system control the in-cab drone, while also maximising the flow of the exhaust gasses.
Manta recommends their systems be installed by a professional installer.
